Borderland: Narcosis
A podcast for YouTube covering complex national security and geopolitical topics, built for an audience that wants depth and insider perspective. I identified through data that the audience wanted more specific, focused content than we were delivering. I pitched and executed a full editorial repositioning of the franchise around that insight. The rebrand defined the show's identity and remains that way today.
Borderland: Dispatches
A boots on the ground documentary-style sister show expanding the Borderland franchise into immersive field storytelling. Where Narcosis brought the conversation, Dispatches brought the camera. On these episodes I had complete ownership from story development through final upload, identifying the story, sourcing and reaching out directly to the subject, building the editorial structure, and delivering the final product.
Change Agents
A podcast for YouTube and audio platforms exploring the stories behind people who have made significant impact in their fields, from military veterans and business leaders to cultural figures and public servants. I produced and managed operations across the full run, keeping multiple episodes moving simultaneously while stepping into editorial direction when needed. Secured a full season brand sponsorship by identifying an authentic brand fit and pitching a partnership rooted in the host's personal story. Show reached Apple Podcasts Top 5 in Society and Culture and Spotify Top 18 overall.

Built and led IRONCLAD's client podcast department from scratch. Launched and showran brand podcasts for Derek Wolfe, including a session with Peyton Manning, and Born Primitive. Set up studios, established workflows, produced first episodes, handed off fully operational shows.

Producer for the Navy SEAL Foundation's podcast. Ran the show editorially from launch. Chose the guests, shaped the episodes, helped set up the studio, and got it out the door.
